Pick a Project

In this project, you're going to be able to choose from a variety of tutorials to complete a piece of vector art in Illustrator.  While you peruse the website offerings, make sure that you skim through the directions so that you know what is expected. I don't want you to choose a project that you don't understand and will quit working on.

Some are easier than others, some are more time consuming than others.

Complete

In this stage you will follow along with the instructions of the tutorials you chose. Make sure to follow along closely, without skipping around.

These are not my tutorials. I have not completed all of them myself. You are working on someone else's instructions.

Before you export, please type your Full Name and date in the lower right corner.

Save your Illustrator file as: #_lastname_project_NAME OF TUTORIAL.  When you are completely finished, you will also Export it as a JPG to go on your ePortfolio.

Turning it in

1. Print your project
   • Pro Color N108
   • Choose portrait or landscape based on what fits your project best
   • Scale to page
2. Go to the Illustrator page of your Canvas ePortfolio and add this at the top of the page
3. Write your entry
   1. Title of your assignment
   2. Answer the questions:
      1. Why did you choose the tutorial that you did?
      2. Did you use any new tools that you had not already learned? What were they?
      3. What was the most difficult part?
      4. Add a link to the website where you followed the instructions
   3. Insert & label the JPG image below the questions.
