Graphic Design & Illustration 1
You will be taking a practice certification exam, some multiple choice Q/A and some actual products.

Graphic Design & Illustration 2
You will get a “waiver” from the exam as you will be taking the Photoshop Certification Exam on Tuesday, December 17th when you get to class. If you miss class on Tuesday, you’ll need to come for the exam and get a grade for it.

You will be following a set of instructions to create a snow globe. You’ll need to get a photo to put inside the snow globe. A full size, clear, head-to-toe photo of a person or a pet works best. You can take the photo here at school, or you can get one of your phone. You’ll do this part ahead of time!

Audio/Video
I haven’t fully decided yet, although I’m likely to give you a few mini projects to work on.

Computer Science
Covers Unit 3 and 5. It will be on Canvas with multiple choice, matching, & a few short answer questions. Any extra time during the exam will be spent working on your Create Performance Task. Your exam will be open spiral.

  • Project Management – is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.
  • Scope – is the planning part of a project where you determine and document a specific and detailed set of goals, features, functions, tasks, deliverables, deadlines and costs of a project.
  • Creep – refers to changes, continuous or uncontrolled growth in a project’s scope, at any point after the project begins. This can occur when the scope of a project is not properly defined, documented, or controlled.
  • Explain how project management affects us in the Graphic Design & Illustration class?
