You should be finishing your 30 second, two-scene animation by the end of this week, or by Thursday at the end of class if you want to be exempt from my exam.
When you finish…
Design a 2-3 color tshirt design. It can be mainly text – like a favorite quote or saying. Or you can put it some artwork on it. Create this in Illustrator so that it is a vector graphic and has everything in layers .
Typically the design shouldn’t be any larger than 9″ by 9″. Oh, and it must be school appropriate 🙂
This is a tutorial to create an After Effects Introduction for your music video. It is intended to play over top of actual footage. So you might want to film a little extra footage for the very beginning if you don’t have something appropriate for it.
Graphic Design 1(1st period) and Audio/Video 1 (3rd period): Open Adobe Express (formerly Spark), you’ll create a flyer that illustrates a SMART goal that you have for yourself. It can be personal, school or work related. Good goals are SMART (watch short video):
S for specific. A goal should be linked to one activity, thought, or idea.
M for measurable. A goal should be something you can track and measure progress toward.
A for actionable. There should be clear tasks or actions you can take to make progress toward a goal.
R for realistic. A goal should be possible to achieve.
T for timely. A goal should fall within a specific time period.
You should start with a blank flyer (but look at templates for ideas) and add the following elements:
Text – include your name and a well written smart goal. Consider the font, color, alignment, and effects
Graphics – background and icons to design your flyer
Color – keep it a 3-5 color scheme.
Save it, download it and email it to me.
Graphic Design 2 (1st-2nd periods) and Audio/Video 2(2nd-3rd periods): You don’t have software, so you will do Practice Certification Tests from the Reviews I gave you. This is your last chance, so make the most of your time.
Comp Sci 1 (4th period): You will do the assignment in TechSmart. My video instruction is on the Zoom page on this site. Make sure you follow along with the video.
