ePortfolio Check

Open your ePortfolio so that I can walk around and check to see what you’ve accomplished this 6 weeks.

PAAVTC – if you turned in your finished Stop Motion video it is on my YouTube Channel on the 2020_StopMotion playlist.

You have one week left until Report Card grades are due.

Eportfolio Check

I will do an ePortfolio check tomorrow during class. Make sure that all of your work for this six weeks is properly posted. Newest post should be at the top. Each post should have:

  1. Title of the challenge/assignment
  2. Answers to the reflection questions
  3. Embedded image or video

Wednesday

Graphic Design: Nameplates are due today!!! Refer to Monday’s post for details on what you should do – I have only received 1 email this week from 1 of you. CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION is what you should work on next. Some of you had started it, but really did not grasp the details of the lesson. Go back and do it again.

Audio/Video: I’ve replied to your emails. Some of you still are not giving me a specific target audience that your commercial will address. Next you should start on the story and script – write it in Word. The commercial is 30 seconds. Read through the challenge so you know the specifics.

PAAVTC: You are working in Illustrator. Each day you need to click on this form and answer the questions. You’ll have to log in with your LCISD email address: username@students.lcisd.org . This is a grade that many of you are getting zeros on.

Computer Science: EXAM TOMORROW! This presentation will walk you through a few lessons and the activities that you and your partner should complete this week. You should be wrapping up through Lesson 8 today and studying for the exam.

Tuesday

Graphic Design: Remember that Nameplates are due tomorrow. Then you should be working on revising or starting your Character Illustrations. Review my post from Monday if you haven’t already.

Audio/Video: Half of you did not email me the work that was due yesterday. Most of you that did missed a major part of it. WHO IS YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE??? Specifically what group of people? Adults, teenage girls, teachers??? This dictates what your commercial is about. What may be funny or interesting to me won’t be to a teenager. Check your email for comments from me and re-send it. If I don’t get an email from the rest of you it will be a zero.

PAAVTC: Most of you did not fill out the form yesterday about what you were working on. This is a grade EACH AND EVERY DAY this week. Don’t forget it today!

Computer Science: Continue with the presentation in yesterday’s post. Don’t forget the exam on Thursday.

Monday

Graphic Design: Listen to my instructions! Finish nameplates & start/re-do your Character Illustration. Sara – finish the flier and email to her today!

Audio/Video: You will work through Stages 1 and 2 of the Commercial Challenge. Make sure you email me where I specify in the challenge. The Planning of the story should be completed and emailed today. Work on After Effects when you are done.

PAAVTC: Each of you should be working in the Illustrator challenges, starting with #1. At the end of each class, you need to click on this form and answer 3 questions. You’ll have to log in with your LCISD email address: username@students.lcisd.org

Computer Science: EXAM on Thursday! This presentation will walk you through a few lessons and the activities that you and your partner should complete this week.
