Project Management – is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.
Scope – is the planning part of a project where you determine and document a specific and detailed set of goals, features, functions, tasks, deliverables, deadlines and costs of a project.
Creep – refers to changes, continuous or uncontrolled growth in a project’s scope, at any point after the project begins. This can occur when the scope of a project is not properly defined, documented, or controlled.
