- Project Management – is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.
- Scope – is the planning part of a project where you determine and document a specific and detailed set of goals, features, functions, tasks, deliverables, deadlines and costs of a project.
- Creep – refers to changes, continuous or uncontrolled growth in a project’s scope, at any point after the project begins. This can occur when the scope of a project is not properly defined, documented, or controlled.
- Explain how project management affects us in the Graphic Design & Illustration class?

Unit 5 – you should be wrapping up the lessons this week!
Please work hard and help each other out while I am out.
PAAVTC
You will continue to work with Animate today. Make sure your phones are put away!
Alternative Assignment: If you are not doing your work, the sub will ask you to open Typing.com and complete lessons 1 and 2. Print the lessons when you complete it and hand it to the sub. Write your name on it.
Audio/Video
Refer to the Car Case Scene Challenge for specific requirements. Remember FAST CUTS! Note: It doesn’t have to be fast all the way through, you might set it up with a longer cut.
You need to turn in your plan before class ends today! Your plan should include:
- Your Full Name
- The specific parts of clips you are using
- The specific sound effects you are using
- The royalty free song you are using

- Open the file “ContentAware01.JPG” from the Campus Share > ACA Test Prep Files > Photoshop Tutorials folder.
- You will watch this video first in order to use Content Aware to cleanly remove the person floating in the river.
- Once you complete it, type your Full Name and today’s date at the bottom right corner. Arial Black, White, Size 20.
- Print to the Pro Color printer and hand to the sub and choose to Shrink to Page.
Continue with your other work when you finish and turn it in.
